A Typical Day

 

Each phase of the program has different requirements, an example of a typical day on the Real25+ Weight Loss Protocol can be found below.

 

During Step 2 a calorie limit is adhered to, only using real foods from the approved foods list and utilising the meal plans and recipes provided as part of our support.

 

A typical day might look like this:

 

7:00 am Wake up, Morning weigh in and check in with mentor and support group

 

7:30am Morning Nutritional Support

 

10:30am Orange

 

12:30 pm Lunch Nutritional Support

Spicy beef lettuce cups

 

3:30pm Fresh Strawberries

 

6:00pm Grilled chicken and broccoli

 

Before bed Nutritional Support

 

 

At the end of 25 days and Step 2, your mentor will work with you to determine how you wish to continue, depending on whether you have more weight to lose and what you've learnt so far.

 

If you go on to Step 3 you'll build an eating plan that suits your lifestyle and goals, as an example, a typical day might be:

 

 

7:00 am Wake up, Morning weigh in and check in with mentor and support group

 

7:30am Morning Nutritional Support, Yoghurt and Granola

 

10:30am Orange and Breakfast Bar

 

12:30 pm Greek Lamb and lettuce wraps with mixed salad and avocado

 

3:30pm Fresh Strawberries

 

6:00pm Butter Chicken with Cauliflower Rice and mixed greens
